Kim Padding

Kim Padding is an entrepreneur, coach, trainer, WHM instructor and yogi since 2004. As a child Kim was to be found in the local ballet studio, she loved to dance and move freely. Yet growing up to an adult she lost this way of movement and feeling free, and instead strived for a more corporate life. Along this way of so-called ‘succes’ she lost the the connection with her body and became a ‘walking head’.

In 2004 she refound the body-connection thanks to Yoga. This became an important starting point for her path in personal development. From that moment on she has followed many educations in (breath)coaching, training, tantra and has guided many people with all sorts of backgrounds. Guiding others to a more fulfilled life. And this fulfilment appeared to be a place within and accessible for every body.

Being an expert on how to live life as a ‘walking head’, she found a lot of practical knowledge on the functioning of the body, especially the hormonal system (by Ralph Moorman), sleep and breathing. Today her knowledge is all focused on mind and body connection. And supporting people on how to shift from automatic behaviour into conscious behaviour.

Her teachings shift between facts, guided meditation, practical breathing exercises, therapeutical breathing and gradual cold experiences guided by supportive music and lyrics. N-ice.world came to existence as her method of teaching. A n-ice.world experience can differ from just a very cool day to a life changing insightful moment. Whatever is needed for you at that specific time.
